DMF-50773NF-FW is a 5.4-inch monochrome FSTN transmissive graphic LCD module manufactured by Optrex (sub-brand of Kyocera Display). It integrates built-in T6963C graphic controller IC, single CCFL backlight unit and standard 8-bit parallel 20-pin MCU interface. With 240×128 dot resolution, black background white dot display mode, metal shielding frame and stable industrial temperature range 0℃~+50℃, it supports text, curve and bitmap display without external driver chips. No integrated touch panel, widely applied for legacy injection molding machine controllers, laboratory analytical instruments, textile machinery HMI, industrial test measuring equipment and maintenance replacement for obsolete monochrome industrial display modules.
