G150XTN05.001 is a premium 15-inch XGA industrial TFT panel manufactured by AU Optronics, upgraded variant of base model G150XTN05.0. It adopts a-Si TN Normally White transmissive technology, 400 cd/m² high-brightness edge WLED backlight with integrated LED driver, single-channel 6/8-bit switchable LVDS 20-pin interface, matte 3H anti-glare hard coating and reinforced metal shielding frame. It supports extreme wide operating temperature range -30℃ ~ +85℃, 700:1 high contrast ratio and symmetrical wide viewing angle, without built-in touch panel and compatible with external resistive/capacitive touch overlay. This rugged industrial display is widely used for heavy-duty factory automation HMI, construction & agricultural machinery onboard terminals, outdoor power & environmental monitoring equipment, medical diagnostic instruments and maintenance replacement of legacy industrial screens.
