DMF-50773NF-FW-AIE-AJN is a high-reliability industrial monochrome graphic LCD module manufactured by Optrex (Kyocera Display), belonging to the classic DMF-50773NF-FW series. It integrates Toshiba T6963C built-in graphic controller, single CCFL backlight and standard 8-bit parallel 20-pin MCU interface. The suffix AIE represents enhanced ESD & EMI anti-interference PCB circuit, and AJN stands for reinforced shock/vibration-resistant mechanical assembly, optimized for harsh factory vibration and static-prone environments. This 5.4-inch wide landscape negative FSTN display (black background, white dots) adopts full metal shielding frame, standard industrial temperature range of 0℃~+50℃, without integrated touch panel and compatible with external 4-wire resistive touch overlay. Widely used for legacy injection molding machine controllers, textile & printing machinery HMI, laboratory analytical instruments, industrial testing equipment and premium maintenance replacement for obsolete monochrome industrial display modules.
