LQ065Y5DG02 is a 6.5-inch WVGA a-Si TN transmissive TFT LCD module manufactured by Sharp, originally developed for automotive navigation and industrial control terminals. It features 500 cd/m² high brightness, single CCFL backlight, 65-pin 6-bit parallel RGB TTL interface, matte anti-glare surface, ultra-wide temperature range (-30℃ ~ +85℃) and high vibration resistance up to 2.9G. Without built-in touch panel, it supports external resistive touch overlay assembly, widely applied for car navigation host, construction machinery on-board monitors, outdoor portable test equipment, heavy-duty industrial HMI and legacy screen replacement.
