LQ065Y5DG02A | Sharp 6.5" WVGA Automotive & Industrial TFT-LCD Module
LQ065Y5DG02A is the revised upgraded version of Sharp LQ065Y5DG02 6.5-inch WVGA LCD module, developed for automotive navigation and heavy-duty industrial control terminals. It retains full mechanical, interface and optical core parameters of LQ065Y5DG02, with optimized FPC wiring layout, enhanced ESD protection and improved backlight uniformity. Equipped with 500 cd/m² high brightness, single edge CCFL backlight, 65-pin 6-bit parallel RGB TTL interface, matte anti-glare surface and ultra-wide -30℃~+85℃ temperature range, it supports up to 2.9G anti-vibration performance. No built-in touch screen, compatible with external 4-wire resistive touch overlay. Widely used for car multimedia hosts, construction machinery on-board monitors, outdoor portable test instruments, heavy industrial HMI and screen replacement for legacy automotive/industrial equipment.
