M214DP1A is a 5.4-inch monochrome FSTN-LCD display module manufactured by Nanya. It features 240×128 dot matrix resolution, integrated CCFL backlight, parallel 8-bit CPU interface, industrial-grade temperature stability, built-in controller circuit and metal shield frame. This low-power monochrome screen is widely used for legacy industrial HMI, injection molding machinery, test instruments, medical portable equipment and replacement spare screens for old automation devices.
